Check your monitor for dead, stuck, or defective pixels. Go fullscreen and examine each color carefully.
How to use:
1. Press F for fullscreen
2. Click anywhere or press → to cycle colors
3. Look for pixels that don't match the current color
4. A dead pixel stays black; a stuck pixel stays one color
